FAQ
Hey everyone:
To our astonishment, the Chicago book release show sold out in less than 24 hours. Thanks to everyone who ordered tickets. Sorry to those who were unable to acquire tickets. We did our best to promote the show through the typical hardcore communication channels (message boards, this site, word of mouth, etc), and we announced the information early so hopefully you had an opportunity to give it a shot.
Jim Grimes (promoter of the show) and myself have received a ton of emails the past few days about the show, so here are some answers to a few F.A.Q.:
Q: Are there more tickets available?
A: No, believe it or not all 1,100 (approx.) tickets sold out in about 18 hours.
Q: Will you be moving the show to a larger venue?
A: No. We feel that in order for this show to be a true “hardcore” experience, we need to keep the show at the venue we are already working with. Any venues that were much bigger would probably push the show more toward being a “rock show” with no interaction.
Q: Is there any other way to purchase tickets?
A: Keep checking hardcore message boards in the coming weeks/months such as Bridge 9, Thunder Lizard, Livewire, Chicago Hardcore, Viva La Vinyl, etc. Chances are many people bought the limit of tickets (4) and some of them may only need one or two. Or perhaps some of their friends will bail? Anyway, check the message boards as there will more than likely be tickets available.
Q: I hear a rumor about another show in conjunction with the book. What’s up with that?
A: A quick update for the CA show. Sounds like everything has been finalized, including ticket information. Here’s a post straight from the Unbroken My Space. Tix go on sale Sat. Dec. 13th at Noon Pacific Time. Check it out…

Q: Aside from this website, where can I find out more information about the show?
A: We recently created a MySpace page for the book and the show: http://www.myspace.com/90shardcore
Both this site and the MySpace page will be the most accurate places to find information about the status of the book and the show.
Thanks for your support!
Take care,
Brian/Burning Fight
